Hembridge Organics is committed to providing you with organic produce of the highest quality. All prices are quoted in British pounds sterling. All products are zero rated for the purposes of vat (excluding gift packs and postage). Hembridge Organics reserves the right to remove products from this range at any time without prior notice and without liability. Prices may change from time to time and all products are subject to availability.

Methods of payment
We only accept paypal as online payment. Your credit/debit card details are entered on a paypal secure payment web server. Details of the secure payment systems are detailed on the paypal website www.paypal.co.uk. Alternatively you can telephone us and we can take a mail order transaction over the phone using a credit card.
Postage & Packing

All internet orders are sent by courier. We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days of receipt of order. If for any reason, we are unable to fulfil this timescale, we will contact you. We will also contact you if we were unable to supply the product requested. You will to be at home to sign for the delivery or to leave a signed note for the driver to leave the package in a safe place or with a neighbour. On receipt of delivery, please ensure that all goods are checked. However if you do not have the possibility to check the goods upon arrival, please ensure “delivery unchecked” is added to your signature on receipt of delivery. If this is not carried out Hembridge Organics can not accept responsibility for any good found broken subsequently.
We endeavour to ensure that your order is packed and handled carefully, however if you do receive damaged or broken goods, please contact us with 7 working days of delivery to arrange a replacement or a refund for the products concerned . We cannot accept returned good which are not faulty, except by prior arrangement. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If you change your mind you have 14 days to return your product unopened and in the condition it was received. All postage costs are payable by the customers along with 20% of the order amount of cover administration costs occurred by Hembridge Organics. Please contact us directly to arrange a cancellation.
