The personal information you have provided to Hembridge Organics will be handled with strict confidentiality and your privacy is guarded at all times. Hembridge Organics never pass your personal details or email address to any third party. Hembridge Organics may occasionally send you a e-newsletter informing you of new products. If you do not wish to continue receiving these emails you may choose to unsubscribe by emailing us.
We only accept paypal as online payment. Your credit/debit card details are entered on a paypal secure payment web server. Details of the secure payment system are detailed on the Paypal website www.paypal.co.uk.

All internet orders are sent by courier. We aim to deliver you order within 7 working days of receipt of your order. If for any reason, we are unable to fulfil this timescale, we will contact you. We will also contact you if we are unable to supply the product requested. You will need to be at home to sign for the delivery or to leave a signed note for the driver to leave the package in a safe place or with a neighbour. On receipt of delivery, please ensure that all goods are checked. However, if you do not have the possibility to check the goods upon arrival, please ensure “delivery unchecked” is added to your signature on receipt of delivery. If this is not carried out Hembridge Organics can not accept responsibility for and goods found broken subsequently.
We endeavour to ensure that your order is packed and handled carefully, however if you do receive damaged or broken goods, please contact us within 7 working days of delivery to arrange a replacement or a refund for the products concerned. We cannot accept returned goods which are not faulty, except by prior arrangement . Your statutory rights are not affected.
If you change your mind you have 14 days to return the product unopened and in the condition it was received. All postage costs are payable by the customer along with 20% of the order amount to cover administration costs occurred by Hembridge Organics. Please contact us directly to arrange a cancellation.
